The activated carbon produced by our company mainly make use of the "Taixi" anthracite as raw material, strictly be accordance with the company's washed coal quality requirements. Meanwhile, the purchased and qualified washed coal are piling up as the classification of raw materials in original place according to the variety of ash and coal with a clear identity.

2. Milling, the system of procedure

Hat the coal tar used in activated carbon are produced by the big group affiliated coal-based company. Its annual production is 200,000 tons of coke, 600 tons of tar's output monthly with a stable quality.

The company has three flour mills in the manufacturing section, which can be divided according to the milling quality requirements, respectively, be collected according to variety of different store categories, what is more, all the products have a clear identity so as to gurrantee clean production.

3. Tarbonized material production process

The carbonization process has three production lines which can produce three kinds of specifications of carbonized material at the time, and even has different material cooling venue in order to prevent mixing.

4. Activated material production process

The company have already had four Pu activation furnaces which can simultaneously produce eight varieties of activated carbon. Through the effective control of process parameters for each device so as to control the product quality, each process must get through previous blast furnace sample analyse in order to ensure the orderly control of qualified products. What is more, activation of various process parameters and quality analysis are all recorded for future reference.

5. Screening packing process

Qualified activated carbon homogenization → vacuum absorbing dust → Machine screening → Packaging → Machinery Measurement → store

6. Deep-processing of pickling & broken process

Picking, drying, crushing and screening are all araanged the in-house production, which had eliminated the problem of different species mixing together.

7. Metering management measures

Finished carbon measurement using a dedicated electronic scale measurement, electronic scales will be approved and checked by the qualified department so as to ensure its accuracy, and the company also specify the specialized departments and units to manage the measures.

8. The product of inland transport link

Company products are sold through automobile transportation to Tianjin Xingang, and appoint a specialized transportation company be responsible for transport based on the contract of carriage, loading shipping companies have specially-assigned person to take charge of the management so as to prevent improper loading caused by the phenomenon of broken bags.
